The businessman commander-in-chief used the language of Wall Street, describing the offer as a "Trump dividend."
On the second day, he resorted to the language of biblical threat.
But first he asked attendees to raise their right hand and make a pledge:
They repeated it in mock oath. In humorous wrath, the president then asked those gathered:
